![]() ![]() The seasoned company has lost its way and only seems to cater to critics – not the average customer. Glossy sock puppet reviews from so-called expert sites speak to the effort made to produce a perfect product – for the review, but do not speak to the actual experience. Help me understand how this is customer centered service and not to be construed as retaliatory? In the end, I will be losing money and do not have the option to wait for another company to build a computer. Again, there was no communication from Falcon NW regarding a delay at any point of the dialog or on the status of the build. Furthermore, I clearly communicated a business was reliant on the build and could not afford delays. In fact, the ship date was stated twice in the email communication. While can certainly appreciate being swamped, workload was not communicated to me anytime during the wait period. It seems a lot like retaliation for questioning build components. Its been 21 days and they still have yet to complete the build.ĥ. Customer service became defensive and combative and never really answered my questions.Ĥ. While I was waiting on the build I had questions about the components used in the build.ģ. Ordered computer: stated 17 days to build.Ģ. Its just hard to believe I got unlucky not once but twice within the first year of owning my second computer from them.ġ. Well, I guess I have to prove its a hardware problem by going through their tech support.I dont think their job or business is easy so I am not faulting them for tech support or how they do their warranty. Its great if you have no problems and dont have to open the case, but if you have problems youll have to listen to everything their tech support says and also have the time to do the trouble shooting their way to keep the warranty.I wish they had an instant shipping option where I can just choose to pay for shipping and have them fix it if its a hardware problem without opening anything. They sent me a replacement cooler but what should have been an easy job turned out not so easy when I realized they applied a ton of force initially to mount the heat sink onto the **** it took a lot of force turning the screwdriver to get it off then when it came time to mount the one they sent well maybe I just have weak hands because I cant fit it back on.Either way, I guess they tighten the screws really hard so it doesnt fall apart in shipping. First system I bought was great with zero issues.Second system had a faulty ****** I had them replace with *** then it had heating issues 10 months later. Theyre supposed to be the premium boutique builders which means no headache. ![]() Take care not to pull the side panel away too quickly. The side panel can be laid down next to the chassis within the constraints of the liquid cooler hoses. They honor their warranty, but Id prefer they be a company that has a warranty but doesnt need to use it. The liquid cooler radiator and fan will tether the side panel to the rest of the system. Remove the right-hand side panel of the chassis. Remove any remaining dust within the chassis. Thoroughly blow out the liquid cooler’s fan and radiator. Alternatively, the side panel can be placed on top of the chassis temporarily, if the fan power wires have enough slack available to do so. Note where these connect before unplugging them, in order to reattach them properly after cleaning. The side panel fans will be attached via their power wires to the motherboard. Remove the left-hand side panel of the chassis. Shut down Windows and power off your system. Temporarily moving the system to an appropriate work space is advised. ![]() Repeat several times until no further dust is expelled.Ĭleaning the system can expel a surprisingly large amount of dust and has the potential to be a messy process. Then, direct air in through the vents and inside the system. When cleaning, start by directing air from the inside of the chassis and out through any vents. It is generally safe to use a vacuum at any external vents of magnetic filters. Vacuums & air compressors should not be used inside your system, as either can cause harmful side effects and potentially damage hardware. You can find these at most department or electronics stores. In order to increase the longevity of your PC, we highly recommend you keep the components free of dust.ĭust buildup can trap heat and lead to instability problems and even cause premature hardware failures. As a general rule, we recommend dusting out the system every 3 to 6 months. If you find that there’s not much dust buildup present after the first 3 months, try checking again in four months, etc. Extremely dusty environments may require performing dust removal maintenance more frequently.Ī can of compressed air should be used for the dust removal process. ![]()
